Refund Policy:
E Waters Designs does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind for all products.
In the unlikely event that a print has become damaged in transit please follow the below instructions and forward the information to ewatersdesigns@gmail.com
- Photograph the artwork/merchandise BEFORE opening as seen in its original packaging UNOPENED.
- Photograph the damage on the artwork/merchandise.
If an artwork or merchandise is lost in transit a refund or replacement can be discussed.
If you have bought the wrong size merchandise please email E Waters Designs, upon approval you will have to return/ship your merchandise back to E Waters Designs and a size exchange will be completed.
PLEASE NOTE:
All photographs of artworks and merchandise displayed on computers and or phone screens may slightly differentiate to the physical product. An exchange or refund is not accepted for this so please keep it in mind when selecting products. It is noted in the description that prints have a warm white finish.
PLEASE NOTE:
Artworks and Merchandise all naturally age. E Waters Designs does not accept returns on natural aging.
